The food was okay, nothing amazing but it was fine. The delivery time was ridiculous though, it took way longer than expected, which was frustrating.

Every time I’ve been here, the tables are wiped down, the floors look decent, and the bathroom doesn’t have that weird smell some places somehow let happen. i blame the staff for actually staying on top of it.

I ordered from charleys.com and the fries were a letdown. They arrived cold and soggy, and they tasted like they’d been sitting around in old oil. A few were even hard in the middle, which made them pretty much inedible. I don’t usually make a fuss over fries, but these really weren’t worth paying for. I also felt kind of ignored, like nobody really checked that the order was okay before sending it out. I ended up throwing most of them away.

The food was fine, nothing amazing but not bad either. What got irritating quickly was the staff acting like helping customers was a huge inconvenience. I don’t have a lot of patience for that, especially when I’m just trying to order and eat.

My fries and cheesesteak showed up barely warm, almost cold. It was really disappointing, and I wouldn’t order again if it’s going to arrive like that

It’s a easy place to find, which I appreciated. it almost makes you wonder why some other spots around here can’t make their locations just as straightforward.

We did have to wait a bit longer than expected, which was... fun. But once the food finally showed up, it was actually really good, so at least there was that.

The rewards are fine overall, I think, but the points feel like they take a while to build up. Maybe I’m just missing something, but sometimes my offers don’t show up in the app right away either. It’s not terrible or anything, just feels a bit clunky at times...

I picked up an order from Charleys Philly Steaks and it was... okay, I guess. Not terrible or anything, just not super smooth. The food wasn’t ready right at the time it said, maybe a few minutes later, which happens. Fries were already kind of soft by the time I got them, which was a little disappointing. The sandwich was good though, so there’s that. Staff was nice, just looked like they had a lot going on. Overall, not bad, but yeah, could’ve been a bit better.

I’ve ordered from charleys.com a handful of times now, the food has been consistently fresh. I’m usually skeptical when companies throw around words like “quality” and “fresh” in that polished marketing way, but in this case it actually seems to hold up.
The lettuce has been crisp, the tomatoes don’t taste like they’ve been sitting around forever, and the steak and chicken have shown up hot instead of dry or rubbery. Even the bread is soft, which sounds like a small thing, but it really changes the whole sandwich.
I don’t have some big dramatic review to give. It just tastes like they’re using decent, fresh ingredients, which is more than I can say for a lot of places. I’d definitely order again.

I’m giving it 4 stars only because my drink was missing one time. Stuff happens, but overall, for the money and the amount of food, I’d definitely order again.

i got a cheesesteak and fries, and the portion was solid. not massive or anything, but definitely enough for lunch and it felt worth the price.

I grabbed a cheesesteak from Charleys it hit the spot. It was hot, cheesy, and filled up well without being a mess. The bread was soft too, which makes a big difference. For a quick cheesesteak, you really can’t ask for much more. I’d get it again.

I grab Charleys every few weeks, the cheesesteaks are almost weirdly consistent in the best way. No matter which location I go to, the flavor is basically the same, which is exactly what I want when I’m just trying to get a quick lunch without overthinking my entire life.

The only reason I’m sticking with 4 stars is the fries can be a little hit or miss sometimes. One day they’re perfect, the next day they’re salty enough to make me feel like I crossed a desert. Still, overall it’s good, dependable, and I keep going back
